Offer Terms & Conditions

The offer is valid for new 12-month contracts, without debts or settlement with the previous provider and regardless of consumption level.
It concerns energy customers connected to the low-voltage network for business supplies (G21, G22).
The preferential price is granted after consistent payment of all bills prior to settlement and without any previous outstanding balance; otherwise, the published price list charge applies.
The value of the discount will be credited to the first bill after the electricity consumption settlement bill and will concern the previous billing cycle, provided that all bills have been paid on time.
The discounts apply only to the competitive part of the tariff.
