Terms and Conditions of the Offer

Valid for contracts until 31/01/2026, with no outstanding debts or payment plans with the previous supplier, regardless of consumption level.
Applies to low-voltage energy customers with professional G21 connections.
The preferential rate is available only if all previous bills are paid on time. Otherwise, the published price list applies. The monthly fixed fee is charged regardless of payment timeliness.
The discount amount will be credited on the first bill following the settlement bill, covering the previous billing cycle, provided all payments have been made on time.
Discounts apply exclusively to the competitive part of the electricity charge.
